Mission board timing out

So anyone else getting the mission board timing out? It's taking maybe 4 or 5 attempts to connect to the server.

I assumed it was due to the uh...thing. And the time of day. It happened once a couple of hours ago for me on Xbox.

I'm assuming its thousands of players spanking <nope> it with repeated relogging for skimmer missions...

Switching to solo seems to cure this.
