Engineers Mission Board - very jarring UI inconsistency

It's pretty much a standard in this game that when you mouseover a row in a list, or have it selected, the colours of the row background and the text will sort of invert. The background colour turns orange and the text turns black.

For instance, the outfitting screen does a good job at showing which row is currently selected by colouring the whole row orange and "inverting" the colour of the text and icons inside it:

However, the mission board screen doesn't do this:

I get that there is a small orange bar next to the selected row, but it's still very jarring to look at. It will often take a couple of seconds to realise which row is selected, and if me clicking on a row had any effect. It's just weird.

It breaks a UI standard, so what you're expecting to see isn't what you get.

And I know it's not because of the NPC portraits, because the Engineers overview screen does it correctly:

As you can see, the mail icon is also "inverted" in colour, as expected.

IMHO, the mission board should be updated to display mouseovered/selected rows the same way it's done everywhere else in the game, by turning the background of the row orange, and showing the text and icons in black.
