Newcomer / Intro Mission boards/passenger lounges won't load

Any other Horizons players having those issues? It keeps telling me it couldn't connect to the servers, both on mission boards or passenger lounges. Restarting the game or network won't help...

EDIT: The issue doesn't seem to be consistent but it reoccurs very often. The other thing giving me similar connectivity issues is the SysMap loading. It's insanely slow. Are the Elite servers known to be slower on weekends?

Sometimes, it depends a lot on location and how busy the servers are.
