Mission Boards: Situation Normal

There a reason I've been staying in and around Tepertsi for three years now. Systems here never seem to be in anything other than Boom and Civil War. Boom: imperial slave missions are a dime a dozen and pay very well. Civil War--weapons become the fun things factions want to move, and they also pay well.

Occasionally they dry up for a week or two, but generally it's been pretty solid for some time.

Quite a few areas like that, the region surrounding I-Bootis, Maia, Shinrata.. Even Sol. Although Pleiades is my go to area.

I figured, but you know, space is big and once I found something that worked....I stayed...and frankly once you build up max rep with a bunch of systems, it's hard to leave!

That's my normal practice.

But even with a maxed-out allied rep, the BGS will not hand me decent selections of missions.

Me too. I've had a small forward operating base in the Pleaides for over a year iirc. My main base in the bubble is near Arjung system in Empire space and the missions just dried up the past two weeks. Missions can be found if you're patient but passenger jobs are about down to nothing and I'm allied to the max all around that area (that's where I ranked up to get a Cutter).

I flew my new Cutter back to Artemis and there are more "opportunities" there by far (as of yesterday). Since I'm done with the ranking grind, I think I'll stay out here for a while. I hope nothing's changed since I had to go to work today :-( .
