Mission Dangerous Cargo

I just took the mission Dangerous Cargo. It asks me to hold onto some cargo and wait for a named npc in the system I took the mission in. I have now waited for over 1 hour and still the named npc has not shown up. There are no times as to when to expect him nor is there a maximum time limit for the mission.

Anyone actually managed to finish this mission?

Well for 230k to baby sit some metals it looked like it worth it. Seems it is another bugged mission, I am getting tired of these as they effect my standings when they fail.

try jumping out and back again. sometimes it seems the server forgets to dispatch the contact and needs a jolt to get it going.

if that doesn't work i don't know what to tell you other than wait out the whole timer.
