Mission gescheitert obwohl erledigt!!! (Mission failed though done!!!)

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe folgendes Problem und zwar habe ich Transport-Missionen angenommen (Wert ~75mio), ich habe dies bezüglich den Support kontaktiert und Dateien und Screenshots angehängt, leider sind die Leute nicht in der Lage mit behilflich zu sein. (deshalb dieser Eintrag hier)

Die Missionen habe ich alle erledigt und als ich die Belohnung einlösen wollte, erschien die Meldung Mission gescheitert.

Ich frage mich daher warum eine bereits abgeschlossene Mission abläuft.

Ich hatte leider nicht die Möglichkeit die Belohnungen gleich zu kassieren da ich einen Notfall hatte.
Als ich vom Notfall zurückkam, wollte ich meine Belohnungen erhalten, was nicht mehr möglich war.
Nun suche ich nach einer gütlichen Lösung (Support war nicht hilfreich)

Wenn nötig kann ich Journal-Dateien und Screenshots nochmals übermitteln.

Des weiteren fehlt mir eine Anaconda Ausrüstung Intern alles "..A" mit 400T Frachtgestellen, Treibstoffsammler und Schildgenerator und einem
6A Frameshiftantrieb (in 2.2 getuned Stufe1)

Hello everybody,

I have the following problem and although I have accepted transport missions (value ~ 75mio), I contacted this for support and attached files and screenshots, unfortunately people are not able to help. (therefore this entry here)

I did all the missions and when I wanted to redeem the reward, the message Mission failed.

So I wonder why an already completed mission expires.

Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to collect the rewards as I had an emergency.
When I returned from an emergency, I wanted to receive my rewards, which was no longer possible.
Now I'm looking for a friendly solution (support was not helpful)

If necessary, I can re-submit journal files and screenshots.

Furthermore, I lack an anaconda equipment internally everything "..A" with 400T cargo racks, fuel collector and shield generator and one
6A frameshift drive (in 2.2 tuned stage1)

hello,

it's very frustating that onone cares about this thread and help out to find a solution, Elite Dangerous: Horizons - Support is not very helpful and not interested in solutions to problems - it is a great pity that you do not receive any help for Players concerns

so i think why suggest this game to other players

it's a shame that players left alone and will be ignored for so long.

This threat is opened since weeks and noone cares
