Mission: Get item from crash site

For a few days now some friends and I have been trying these missions.
We go to the body that the mission identifies and DSS.
We have tried every signal that appears and still no joy in finding the item.
One example: Obtain data from a crashed satelite. 5 Irregular markers rangeing from 1-4 and one crash site.
The Crash site was a Condor and all the Irregular Markers were containers with Narcotics

Gave up in the end.

Anyone else finding problems with these mission?

Hit & miss, yesterday I chose four of this type 1st one worked fine, next 3 didn't & had to be abandoned......it's bugged!

Added: The Empty Settlement Missions seems OK, Iv yet to get a bugged one, but the Crash Site one's are best left 'til fixed to avoid disappointment & consequences of having to abandon them.

They do bug out sometimes, yes. I'd say for me it's 20% that's bugged (very rough guesstimate!).

Tried 3 Retrieve from crash site missions last evening, all 3 were bugged as in the surface POI was missing (the planet was blue, but no POI whatsoever)

And now i got the freaking opposite.

I have a blue Irregular Marker (threat 2), i dropped into it, got the message: Larceny, take item from the cache... but there is no mission item
And I have NO Freakin Larceny Mission 😂

Is this in Open or PG/Solo?

Edit: i had missions to 3 settlements on that planet. when i finished the last mission, the blue poi for the irregular maker disappeared too 🤷‍♂️

It's just a wild hunch, but do you also still see that ghost chat in PG/Solo? I was in a friend's group a while back and kept seeing messages from random players. Perhaps something similar is now happening to the mission POIs? I usually play in Open and so far the few mission POIs I needed where there (trying to avoid them for obvious reasons).

This maybe because another issue that was identical was marked "Duplicate". When I voted on it the pyramid was nearly full.
Strange how the highest voted issue gets swept under the carpet.

I thought the last server side patch was supposed to fix this but I just encountered this bug 2-3 mins ago AGAIN.

Grrrr' Fdev...

As for the part which they say, they cannot re-create that error on their internal servers.

I would have thought (ok I am not a coder/developer, so someone tell me if I am being unreasonable) that given the p2p nature of this game, SOME of their testers/testing rigs should be playing on accounts similar to us and outside their company servers?

So I’m having this issue with crash sites and “smuggler’s hideouts”. Basically, it seems that anything that has a mission objective outside of an established outpost does not work.

I have an odd caveat - I bought a new computer to replace/update my older Alienware Area 51 R2. The missions worked on the older system, but are bugged completely out on the new system.
