Mission Help (again)

I have been given a mission from the Minor group i'm working on to kill 4 local authority ships, but with the new changes every time I take a single one out of SC after one shot i end up with 7-8 other police on me from Condas to vipers.

Any help how to complete mission ?

Authority ships are often in USS.
Also, once you are wanted in a system, authority ships are much more likely to interdict you.
.
I haven't done this in 2.1, but in 2.0 authority ships from any system counted for the "kill authority" missions, so find a system that doesn't have quite as high a security level.
