Newcomer / Intro Mission location unknown or not accurate

I hate to ask this but i have to do it. I am a newbie, but despite that, I managed to purchase a maverick suit, installing a fuel scoop and some other things.
Here is the thing... sometimes, a few missions lead me to "nowhere" like this one:

> Travel to Khatri control in the MOKOBIDJI system

Restore power to the settlement... (normally, settlements are shown on planets' surface)

When you explore the system map, the objective should be visible/enabled....
what is wrong here? Is there a way to get the mission location?

Explore it.

Go there - drop in to the nav beacon - target beacon - let scan complete - you now have complete system information.

This one. Looks like your system information is incomplete; either FSS the remaining bodies or scan the nav beacon.

Just fly there. When you get close enough it will automatically do the equivilent of FSS on the body
