Mission Material Rewards cause a loop back to ZERO

I have just taken two mission rewards which offered Biotech Conductors and Modified Embedded Firmware (both Grade 5). Both were close to being maxed out, or maxed out. Taking those rewards has caused them both to reset to ZERO and increase by the mission reward, so now are 3/100 and 5/100 respectively.

DO NOT TAKE MATERIAL MISSION REWARDS IF YOU ARE CLOSE/AT MAX AS THEY LOOP BACK TO ZERO!!!!

I'll be logging a ticket with Fdev about this, as the grind is bad enough as it is!!

Clearly your mileage may vary, just be aware this may happen to you!!!

Same happened to me, I was grinding those for days and now I have next to nothing to show for it.

Wow, that really sucks!
I guess that was it in Odyssey?
Perhaps they have forgotten to add the check that blocks you from accepting a reward, if it exceeds the maximum storage limit?

I wonder if the opposite is also true (i.e. spend more mats than you have and they magically loop back to maximum). Yes, it's stupid and baseless, but one can always dream!
