Mission Objective markers on planets and moons but no mission objective site.

Been in two systems this evening and cannot find about 5 mission objective sites. Found a carrier with an objective marker. Don't think I can loot that.

similar, it seems salvage missions are broken, managed to have the mission location spawn only twice out of seven missions

They have to divide their efforts. If the UI gets improved, something else has to go. That's the way the cookie crumbles unfortunately.

The strange thing is that I had no problems all day, the issue only starting the evening. The annoying thing is that the rewards included a power regulator and suit schematics
