So currently I have a mission sat in my log I can't for the life of me figure out how to actually do.
I need to go out there and kill some feds? But where do I find them? Do I just roam the system looking for them or something?


On another note. How do I change my name in game? its currently "CMDR Backersomethingsomething"

To change your name try "Technical support" on the launcher, login and click 'commander profile'

Sounds like you need to find two federation vessels. You'll need to have a look and see what's in the system (the missions are new so we don't know much about them yet). Try unidentified signal zones. I'd expect to find federal fighters in a combat zone.

I am stuck really. all the ships I encounter are cobras and hard to kill. and the conflict zones the mission want me to go to are not showing up.

Maybe tomorrow will be a better day to play.
