Horizons Mission Rewards credits gone down?

Within the past couple of weeks, I've noticed a drop in mission rewards. When I was in Sothis and Ceos, I could do missions for 300,000 + credits each. Now I noticed mission rewards are down to as low as 10,000 credits. Before, you could do a passenger mission for 74,000,000 which you had to go very, very, many ly's. Now I've seen where you would get less than 2,000,000 credits for taking passengers to 1,376 ly's away.
Something just does not seem right lately.

Mission reward payout is related to the BGS state of the faction. If the factions were in a boom state they would pay much more than if they were in a bust state.
