We currently have these missions where you transport X number of passengers, X number of cargo units, kill X number of pirates or ships. Stack as many as possible to be time efficient, which promotes the act of flipping game modes and plays a huge detriment to the game's quality.
The idea says to make X open to variation.
Example: Instead of being "Transport 96 units of Land Mines to combat famine for 600k," it would instead say, "Transport 10 units of Land Mines in the name of famine for 200k. Additionally, earn 3k for each additional unit of Land Mines you deliver." I'm not considering payout balance here, I just want to demonstrate the main concept. The same can be done with passenger, salvage, donation, and massacre types. Essentially, make a single mission have nearly the same impact as a max stack without creeping past it.
