Mission: Trading Beacon

Anyone seen this before? It shows in blue like all other actual mission required USS.

I dropped in and inside was a T-9 Heavy which i found no way to interact with. I tried jettisoning various cargo (including the mission required water i had, only trading mission i had going on), via jettison abandon and normal but the ship never reacted in any way.

Whats this about and how do i interact?

Should have been a message in your comms panel offering you a job. Iirc they are a 'fetch' mission.

I'm exactly there right now. He asked me to follow, and I did, but no nothing. I'm about to give up. Plus, when I scanned the ship with my Data Scanner his hardpoints came out, so I withdrew to a safe distance. I'm not wasting anymore time on this 'mission'.
