Anyone getting the "Failed to perform mission transaction" when trying to hand in ax restore missions. I have three to hand in with this error.

No but I have just had half a dozen failed to collect bio sample errors code named Pink Viper which is something I have not seen or heard of before.

I did three salvage missions and got the error.

Then successfully completed a source and return.

Still can't hand in the salvage missions.

This always cracks me up.
Issues rarely resolve by themselves, usually the tech support team is hard at work* behind the scenes


*(while it's entirely possible that hard-at-work may sometime mean shutdown -r now, most of the time is much more than that)

Another odd thing... I've just looked at the sysmap for systems I've visited to double check where I need to go back to (due to the current pink viper issue), and all the organic/poi info appears to be missing from planetary information.
