Mission Updates with expired Time Limits....

Seriously. Could we get this Fixed. ?

I mean no Offense.
But I regularily get this case of Data Deliveries being Updated. Like 10km in front of the Target Station. Giving me 5 Seconds to Reach Said Station and Dock there. Usually then telling me. Oh you stupid at you failed our Mission.

Mind adding some Minimal Timer Limit to this ? Like 2 Minutes or somethin ? So that if this Triggers 1ls in front of the Station its not set to 10 seconds ????

Hello, Sunleader. :)

Up until recently, I thought this was down to a combination of the bonus timers being set at the start of the mission and me generally being too slow to get where I'm going, but now I'm veering towards the possibility that some of the timers in ED are actually properly bugged.

Assassination missions now show the same target ETAs as they did before, but with one hour added on (I think Hagglebeard posted a thread about it). One hour's gap before you can start a mission seems a strange and unlikely choice, if it's intentional. I think it might not be what's intended.

Right now, in the UK, we're in Daylight Savings Time, one hour ahead of GMT. The main timer in ED is in GMT. I suspect some parts of the affected missions' code is generating start and end times in GMT (which means they've already expired) and some are adding one hour by default, regardless of anything else, hence the strange gaps.

Whatever the truth of this, it would be good to get these issues fixed. :)
