Mission vanished

I accepted an assassination mission after haggling with a mission provider for a 10 suit schematic reward. Then I went to the terminal, cashed in some bounties, paid a fine. Walked over to another mission provider and haggled for another decent mission reward. Went to Apex to book a flight to the assassination mission location, but it was nowhere. The only one in the list was the second mission I accepted. I checked Transactions... gone :( The only proof I have that I accepted the mission is in the logs.

I tried quitting to main menu and restarting the game as this has worked in the past when I lost a stack of missions. It didn't work, so I've tried restarting the whole game now and still no luck. Guess I'm not getting those suit schematics... :(

Some days ago I had the same case, I negotiaded successfully for 8 power regulators mission reward, and when I came to my ship mission disappeared.
Sometimes during accepting missions I received message "mission list expired", or something like this, but this time mission vanished without any message.
I also tried relog, without success.
Isn't it interesting - it happened just when we have very good mission rewards! Not with the poor missions!???

Well, I normally stack a lot of missions and if one goes missing without a nice reward I'm expecting, I would never notice. However, I'm certain this happened to me the other day too, which is why I took the time to work out what's going on and then make a post this time. The fact is the mission showed that I accepted it in the Session Log and there are no other events in there, no accidental abandon for instance. I had accepted it several minutes before the mission list rolled over too, because I remember that happening when I was considering accepting a 3rd mission, but it was gone by the time I looked up the material rewards to decide if I wanted it. So it shouldn't have been a freak race condition related to the mission becoming unavailable at refresh time. If it was caused by a race condition, it's probably something server-side, my active mission list being clobbered by something else. Or, perhaps there really is some dumb bug that only effects the epic reward missions...

It was suit schematics wasn't it? ... can I raise a ticket to get them to take 'em away? ;)
