Hi,
I am new and I am wondering, how at all something like "find slaves" can be accomplished? I just do not know any way to do anything in the game apart from flying, bying and selling stuff.

How can I "look" for slaves?

Another mission is to find "mailboxes" which are used by illegals. How would there be a chance to just find those?

Please your hints. Pls help

Use a internet trading tool locator (there are some great ones linked somewhere in the forums i can't seem to find right now).
The other way is to go onto the galaxy map and change the filters to "Government" and look for anarchy systems. Not all have slaves but since they don't follow the law it is much more likely to find them there.


Searching for illegal stuff like black boxes and things are always in unidentified signal sources that you see in supercruise.

The "find" missions are a bit misleading. To do them well you really need to get to know your local area and where stuff is sold. That way when you have to "find" something you already know where it is.

Go to http://www.elitetradingtool.co.uk.

Click "Lists".

Check "I want to buy commodity".

Type in your current system (it autocompletes), and choose the thing you're looking for.

Exclude outposts if you're in something that needs a large pad.

Note the ls distance; if it's too much, you may want to avoid that one.
