Newcomer / Intro Missions are updating/changing

Arrived at a station during gameplay with cargo and checked there were no missions for the cargo that I already had.
Then, I was interrupted by other things and about 15 mins later when I returned to the game there were missions appearing for the cargo that I still had.
These are easy mission completions and very quickly increase your credits.

The mission boards update every ~10 minutes.

The board updates every even 10 minutes. If you are close to such refresh, it may be sometimes worth it to wait around a couple of minutes and see if there's better missions.
