Missions could use a QA pass

It has been an on going issue where missions are not working correctly. Often cargo amounts on surface signal sources are incorrect, ships that we are supposed to pirate cargo from are entirely empty even if manifest scanned on the player dropping into the instance before doing anything else, and some missions that should be generating mission signal sources or spawning specific NPCs fail to do so. The missions that pop up on the players in ship communication panel are generally the most broken. The mission texts sent to the in ship comms panel as missions progress are also broken.

The 'Deep space piracy' pop up missions are especially broken, and seemingly have been for years. I had not seen these missions before, but had some pop up in Pareco. They were all broken in various ways. I was looking to try something different to spice things up, but having the missions be broken kind of ruined it.
 
If it doesn't involve moving tons of goods from A to B it usually functions on a level that'd be acceptable for Star Citizen's marketing department.
