[Missions] I must be thick, but...

I don't understand the missions board. There's a few points that aren't self-evident (to me at least).

1. Where do you go to complete hired gun type missions? I picked one up to kill civilian traffic in the Dahan and Eranin systems, but there was no navigation waypoint or similar. Is the mission so open-ended that ANY three civvie ships will do, as long as they're killed in Dahan / Eranin?

2. Where are the combat zones? They don't appear on my nav readout anymore. I noticed that Unidentified Signals don't appear either unless I'm gorram right on top of them: is finding a combat zone a matter of pottering around the system with one eye on the nav readout, hoping and praying? Seems a bit of a time-waster: surely if there was a conflict zone the word would be out across the system?

Otherwise, no complaints at all about the Beta 1.02. Great work, FD!

As I understand it, yes. As long as they're the right type of NPCs from the right systems.

They are still there, but don't appear on the Nav console. This is presumably part of the move from static mission spaces to dynamic ones like has also been done with Unidentified Signal Sources.

Otherwise, no complaints at all about the Beta 1.02. Great work, FD!

Me neither, it's starting to feel more like a "proper" game and less like a Beta all the time. :)
