[Missions] Undercover/Infiltration missions to make smaller ships more viable?

I was thinking about a type of mission that requires you to:

- use a certain ship
- use a certain ship build
- use a certain ship name and ship ID

These could be an opportunity to:

- give small ships another role for early players
- give some highly difficult scenarios for end-game players

Bonus, and I think this is important for these missions at high-rank:

- significant credit reward
- opportunity to introduce decals/basic paintjobs/name plates/etc as mission reward
- whenever co-op missions arrive these could still be very difficult because it would require the entire wing to use specific ships

Instead of making harder and harder scenarios for the crazy end-game engineered ships, maybe it would be cheaper to take a step back and look at the early game?

Hope this sparks some ideas for 2.4, 3.0, or whenever the dev resources allows it.
