Misson to track down pirate, does it give any idea where it can be found?

I found plenty of other pirates, just not the one I needed for the mission.
I've got a similar mission - 24 hours to hunt down some hauler trucking waste around. Haven't a bean where to look. I suppose 38,000 cubic light years isn't that big 
Regardless, it's frickin awesome all the same - imagine how bloody exciting it will be if we manage to actually find our mark out there in the wide blue yonder.

Exactly, I usually pride myself on being fairly thorough being ex military but try as I might could not figure out where this elusive pirate might be, no indication
on the mission details. I am sure this is a glitch but would be nice to have a little more info as I do not have the force to glean his local. Other than that & the super cruise debacle (super cruise & jump both use j button & no one bothered to mention it in notes) it looks pretty good. I will check back tomorrow & I realize it
