Mobile interface to share to??

Is there a mobile interface to share to?

I always need to share a photo and used to just snapping a photo, click 'share' and adding a comment in two seconds

With forums I have to snap a photo, reduce it in size with a photo app, open the forum, type a message and attach the photo yaaaaaaawn

Must be a quicker way I guess

I use Captains Log to automatically upload my screen shots to my imgur account, so all I have to do is copy and paste a link.
