Now in this thread, I'm not requesting mod support. What I want is for Frontier to take all the new dinosaurs and other extinct species from the mods and remake them in the way that frontier developers would so they can be available for console.

I'm sure that planned DLC probably overlaps with it quite a bit, though with the dino packs they've been focusing on making stuff unique rather than spamming dinos out, so it definitely won't be everything that's ever modded.
The general pattern is for them to give the community what it wants and sprinkle naturally "cool" stuff here and there, so for quite a few it's just a matter of time for consoles.
