Engineers Modding Pacifiers for double shot or overcharged?

I have two pacifiers modded for double shot on my pvp vulture which are great, but i've found that it drains ammo so quickly, that you have to synthesize ammo mid-fight. Do you guys think overcharged is a better option? I know they deal less burst dps, but i've heard they deal more damage overall when emptying your ammo, and your ammo should last quite a lot longer right?

Current thinking is OC Frags, but i have tried these and gone back to Double shot screening shell (One Corrosive). This gives me an excellent 'Alpha Strike' on a target. Yes you eat ammo, but just have loads of mats for basic synthesize and you can stay in the fight for as long as needed.

This is my findings, and i do urge you to try both out and see what suits your own fighting style. I am also not talking about a vulture either, i have an all frag FAS, Clipper, Cutter and Chieftain (Currently flying this one, and a different loadout Krait)
