(Modding question) Is there a way, either now or in the future, to increase the likelihood of albino and melanistic animals in sandbox mode?

I enjoy the flexibility of the mode, so while I understand it wouldn't make sense in franchise or career, I'd love to have that in sandbox without having to breed a million animals!
