I have all the materials to unlock these at the tech broker in deep prospects inside mbooni. But when I try to get one it says the item is waiting in outfitting but it is not there when I look. Any help please.
"Unlock" is really the wrong word. You purchase one by paying the materials, then it's in your stored modules. If you want another, you have to purchase again, but you can only do that after fitting the first one to your ship. Clunky.
