Modifying starting money with workshop challenge map

I love the layout of this map I got from the workshop, however it starts out with almost $400K, which, in my opinion, defeats the whole purpose of the challenge mode. Is there any way I could change the amount of money by editing a config file somewhere? Even a long workaround, like saving a new game on the map then editing the save config to decrease it down to ~$30K or so would be much appreciated. Also, if there are any mods out there that allow you to change the starting parameters of a park that I've missed, please let me know.

If there's no other way, you can close all your shops, make your rides free, and park free, use the expensive marketing, hire a bunch of Janitors, and pay them $2000.

Then let it run.

All the ride running costs, staff salary, marketing, with no income, will let you reduce the starting cash.
