Hello there fellow Elitists!
I am going to be a bit rude and use my first post for a shameless self promotion!
Me and my friend are developing a commercial modular panel system to be used in simulator- and other games or softwares. While we've been doing the design and technical aspects "behind the " so to speak, we decided to open our beta testing phase a bit for those who want a cheap alternative to existing simulator panels and controllers out there. This is purely so we can get more feedback from our future user base, some more mechanical testing of our switches and what not before we move to the actual production phase.
This essentially mean that we'll be selling our panel system in a slightly less attractive form with off-the-shelf casing and with less "wow" factor. The benefits are that you are only paying for the parts, not for the design and assembly. It's a good offer for those who would like to involve themselves with our product and for those who want a cheap, easy button/switch panel for their games.
I'll be more than happy to answer all your questions about the system.
I'll also be posting here more about our progress in the future, we're hoping to get a proper, customisable panel out there making it easier for fellow players to use their games, especially those wro are also geared for other simulators and what not. Instead of getting panels suitable for one-thing-only (Cessna panels....), you'll be able to choose what you want.
I would post a link to our thingy, but as a new user I can't do that... any solutions to this problem from the admins or fellow users?
