Modular Gift Shop STILL Broken, Guests Unable to Enter

I only had that problem once, once I left the zoo and came back it worked fine. I think I also tried closing and opening it ( the shop ) but can't remember if that worked or not. If I spot the problem again I'll add a more accurate update to what I noticed at the time.

Do you have a closed shop door? Because the guests won't enter if the door is closed.
It’s only the main shop tile (the base two shelves with items picked to sell and the vendor counter) slapped on blank section of map and connected to a path and it still will not work. Guest walk to the door and then turn around. No doors or walls or any other building pieces.

Hmm, my last one I did like that had no problems .. let me see if my next zoo is ready for one now and see if it has problems.

Yeah mine worked fine. This one is right near the entrance and these guests are coming straight in through the entrance - so have all their money.
Have you checked to see if the guests explain why they turned around ? Some guests complain about the cost, others might have run out of money etc.
How far from the entrance is your one ? Any ATMs close by that they can utilise before going in the store etc ?

Also, it is possible that they are already on a task that can't be rescinded. As we found out recently, queuing immediately stops any other interaction, even reading the educational screens alongside the queue.

I placed an ATM and another exhibit and even though no guests have actually used the ATM that seems to have fixed the problem. I did check the guests thoughts and no one was complaining about cash or the shop or anything. Very strange. Thanks so much for your help! To answer your other questions the zoo was just an spawner, entrance gate and two exhibits so maybe it was due to how long guests spent in the zoo....very annoying lol.
