need 25 :/ they arent even on mission boards anymore since 2.2 and FD screwing the missions up :/ they were fine as they were dunno why the mess

It seems to me that with 2.2 every second Mission offers those Modular Terminals now. Guess some ppl complained too much about their rarity.

Are they given for particular types of missions? Can't see any myself, but perhaps I need to do a few with the factions to get friendly first.

You need 25 of them to unlock Marco Qwent, You then need to level up Marco Qwent to unlock Professor Palin and get your hands on those sweet Thruster Mods.

I've also been seeing loads of them from mission rewards since 2.2 released. As I still haven't unlocked Qwent I'm not complaining. :)
