Engineers Modular Terminals - Where Can I Get Some?

Does anyone know what factions in what systems give modular terminals as a reward for completing missions?

Or do you know of a station in a system where I can buy some?

I need some for an Engineer's recipe.

Missions only. Luckily you get 4 by a single mission. Or... ask friends. My first mod terminals were given to me by a commander that did not need them.
Now I get every commodity mission so I can share with friends.

Mission reward, Ive seen several x4 rewards, various mission type. Just keep an eye on missions board whenever you land.

Speculation is they can be found as salvage or cargo on ships time to try piracy/mayhem

I got two missions today with them as rewards. One was in Liabeze and another in a surrounding system.

Both were High Tech i believe.

I can CONFIRM "modular terminals" Mission can be found at Shaplintin (phillifent Vision) HIGH TECH SYSTEM 4 modular's came with a mission for trade data :)
