Horizons Modular Terminals ?

"Used by factions as a reward" well that realy narrows it down, but I have not seen any faction offeing them.
Can anyone posibly point me in the right direction to earn a couple of these?

The new missions board has them, you will have to click on each mission to see the actual reward but it usually is 4 engineering commodities. Look at the reward coding under the mission title. There seems to be a different set of rewards for different system states, but I have found them on offer regularly.

Find a high population system that has loads of missions. They will turn up eventually. Think I found mine in Nanditi or mission destinations taken from there, near Sirius.

Some people say High Tech is more likely but I never noticed that correlation.

I have 3 spare Modular Terminals! I got 4 for doing a Mission in Anlave, I've only used 1.
I may be online tonight at about 9.30pm BST and I'm at Felicity's place at present having tea in the canteen.
If you're interested message back and meet me later, we can meet on the planet somewhere and exchange cargo but I don't mind giving them away.
If no=one wants them I'll sell them.
