has anybody seen these around anywhere.. ive checked a bunch of boom stations and nothing.. i seen in the bug reports that their gone from regular missions and only appearing in passenger missions now,, but ive been flipping those at ceos-sothis .. and nothing there either.... anybody had any luck finding them in last few days??

Got all mine in Sirius - from both regular and passenger missions. Not really all that hard to come by, but aside from unlocking Qwent, pretty worthless. Good to use a pirate bait, but that's about it.

I just got through this, this week. I was able to find all of mine in Avik and Sirius. All through passenger missions. If I remember right (and the information is correct) they tend to be more common in systems in a Boom state.

The problem with qent is that he is useless as he only does grade 3 PD and grade 4 PP mods, not even grade 5.

Maybe. But he's a prereq for Palin so you kind of have to unlock Qwent if you ever wanna get your paws on corrosive resistant crago racks or Palin's engineering expertise.
