Engineers Module Hunting?

There are probably multiple threads discussing this, but it appears that since the update most high tech systems don't stock high class modules?

For example; bought a new python in lembava, high tech system. They sell big ships, but no big ship modules? I even came across a station selling anacondas but only class 3 modules. Please, if I am missing something, point it out to me. It is getting a "tad" frustrating.

I guess for the sake of variation they decided each system would have different stock. So basically you have to try and hit a few to find what you are looking for. Bhritzameno has a large stock for most ships.

I found this in a post, I don't remember which one, as I only copied the following part, back in February 2016:

i Sola Prospect in the Brestla star system now always stocks all ships and modules

Note. I have not been there to verify this because I have the permit for Shinrarta Dezhra (Founder's World), which also has all ships and modules.
