Newcomer / Intro Module Insurance - how much do modules cost after a crash?

Ship Insurance is 5% as far as I have seen. Last time I crashed into the station it was higher than the amount mentioned in right panel. Anyone got numbers?

I believe the numbers depends on the class and rating of the modules, not sure if its a straight percentage or whether its variable.

Insurance costs 10% of the value of your ship plus modules by default. The right hand ship panel tells you your current cost, and one of the sub screens there tells you your percentage.
