Get reporting it to FD i guess is the only advice to give...

it is the first time I have seen it and hope I never see it first hand (@ 63K LY from Sol and with > 4 months of exploration data on board)

Usually reboot repairnis not an option as the auto repair module is destroyed in the melt down even if it is turnd off (includinding heat sinks) you cant relog in the middle of a fight (tarnishd with a combat log i think not).. Kinda glad im not the only one who who is enjoying this nasty little bug. The more it is talked about the more likely it will be fixed.

I had it too.. While hovering above Mount Sanctuary at Beagle Point, more than 65.000 ly away from the bubble. Probably one of the most scary moments I ever had ingame and a very very bad place to encouter it. Logging off stopped it in my case too. But before I emergency logged off most of my modules were down in the 20s. Needed 2 AFMU refills to fix it and gladly I got home one week ago.
So it is a bug others experienced too. Hmmm..
