Kinda of a spin off from Kalimero's thread ( https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=244387 )
When powering up/down certain(or all) modules, they should come with an accompanying sound effect.
Or even a malfunction sound too.
Thrusters for example, when you power them up, they should make a typical engine whine spin up, then flare up a deep low rumble noise as they fire up.
And the opposite for powering down.
Ideally different for each ship.
Similar to take off and landing from planets.
FSD could be similar, mechanical whining.
The sound effects can be applied to almost any module really, but FD are the audio kings(or queens) here, so I'm sure they'd do a much better job than I can even imagine.
The audio could also be clues as to the state of your module, if it's in bad shape, it can sound rough, and unhealthy.
