Actually I want a Prismatic A 7 Shield Generator.
But I am not sure if it works.
If you can put Prismatic A 7 in a build you can share it too.
 
FSD, cargo scoop on low priorities.
SCB, you only need one active at a time, so stagger them, put one on priority 1, one on priority 2, one on priority 3.
When you blow through all your charges on priority 1, deactivate it, and #2 will activate automatically. When that one's empty, deactivate it, and #3 will activate automatically.

Prismatic works as well, based on your 1st loadout, with staggered SCBs there's enough juice.

Based on EUS's build with this you might get the Prismatic fitted and running but as the power plant is really on the limit you may have to try it and see if it'll run in game, perhaps a few chaff launchers might be better than shield boosters.

Are you aware turrets have a much lower DPS than fixed or gimballed (with beams 47% of fixed, 58% of gimballed, pulse is around 30%!), you've a huge amount of additional armour so speed and agility will take a hit but you pays your money............. :)

It basically only keeps the most important modules on prio 1 to get away if needed. The prio 2 are pretty important as well. The rest I basically allow to get shot to **** and malfunction, as long as I can decide to take a run for it if a wing of 5 get's on my back :p.

Am I misunderstand?
So you are saying with 1 active Shield Cell Bank I can use other Shield Cell Banks's ammo too?
 
What EUS is saying that due to power limitations only one SCB can be active at a time not all three, but once it's empty manually deactivate it and the priority 2 SCB powers up and so on, I usually deactivate the cargo scoop as unless you're mining or scooping cargo it doesn't need to be active.

Ceekay explained it well.
You can use right hand panel to change your ships modules power priorities.
To run your ship you want to only have one bank active at a time, when you use up all the ammo in the bank that's at priority 1, turn it off in the right hand panel, this will automatically activate (power on) the full bank that's priority 2. Use it, when it's empty of ammo, turn it off in the right hand panel, which will automatically activate (power on) the bank that is priority 3.

You could get your original build to work if you retracted your weapons every time you wanted to use the SCBs.
