Module storage, transfer between ships UI - what it`s gonna look like

Hello commanders, hello Frontier,

So I am very much looking forward to having module storage...

I have decent modded modules and weapons, which I would rather not loose. Current way of transfering modules between ships using the "buy back" feature is kinda jokelike... Get disconnected during the process and all is lost. Try transfering more modules or weapons between more than 2 ships and you get lost fairly quickly in the mess...

I would like to see some more advanced interface for managing the outfitting of my ships...
I would like to be able to see all my ships (docked at the current station) at once (NOT JUST THE ONE I AM CURRENTLY SITTING IN) and be able to "drag and drop" (or something like that - gamepad friendly) modules between them.
Seeing the detailed info of the modules easily (e.g. popup on mouse hover or something) is a must.

The overhauled outfitting screen got much better in 2.1, but still lacks a lot and is not very much user friendly. With modded modules and weapons, players desire to transfer them easily is iminent.

Opinions?

You can have a look at it in one of the gamescom stream. They showed the early work of the UI in which you can bulk strip everything which would make outfitting the ship for different roles a lot easier

What I am wondering is how this will be done with core internal modules. Optional internals and hardpoints is straight forward, store and it leaves the bay/hardpoint empty, end of story. But core internals ? Must always have them. I figure it could work in conjunction with the outfitting screen. Buy a replacement and get the option to either sell or store the replaced module. But that would then limit storage to stations that actually stock fitting replacement modules. Engineer bases for example don't have that. They stock what they also mod at best.
