Module storage

Easy solution - with the exception of PP and Guardian modules (simply because [I think] you can't just go and buy them whenever you want) any module that has not moved, not been used, never engineered for 6 months should not be held. Seriously, why keep so many, do you really need 10 versions of the same module? To me it just seems some can't/won't get rid of modules they never use. Hell I bet a bunch has 'E' rated modules sitting there, cos they swapped instead of sold them.

for all the haters and no sayers let me ask you this , would it restrict your gameplay if we had unlimited storage for modules ? why so negative about a sugestion where you have no problem with, but we have.?

50% change of a rebuy by being killed by own hoard could be funny to say the least , let me just log out in my sidey from now on

for me its mostly fixed weps and a some hull and diffrent some shield genny's , i swap out weapons and hull all the time due to pvp

+1 for increased module storage.

Some form of inventory organisation would also be welcome.

Also, transferring modules from PowerPlay rewards to Tech Broker unlocks would remove a major cause of module stockpiling: my not insubstantial storage fleet is exclusively used for PowerPlay modules. And, after all, what percentage of players have actually signed up for Prismatic Shields and gone on to be hooked on PowerPlay as a result? You sign up, you wait a month, you spend an hour grinding your merits, you stockpile your modules, you never think about that faction again.

If you're storing this many modules you just need more ships. I have two different Corvettes for two different things.

I wouldn't say no to more module storage but we do have a lot.

This would only be feasible, and not a gigantic pain in the arx, if we could swap modules directly from the stored
ships menu. Where you can see your fitted modules for a given ship. Click the module, select move to ship X, etc.

Now we have to change ships, store the module, switch back to other ship and then load module. A gigantic pain in the arx!
X.

Mmmmno, if you have purpose-built ships you just swap to the ship. One-off modules like FSD interdictors or special equipment won't be taking up all of your storage space.

You'd only run out of space if you're storing your power plants and weapons and all the engineered parts, instead of just having an engineered part to go into each ship. Since engineering is more reliable, it's not like you'll have exceptional parts you want to keep on your ship at all time.
