Was upgrading a powerplant module and its stuck on installing with none of my controller buttons working. Should I just use task manager to backout?

no need to reply, got it to work the second time after using Task Manager. This was the last of the modules I upgraded from E to D on my sidewinder just to get a feel for the ship.
