Hi, the official media usage rules are HERE. These rules cover fan videos, but not commercial ones; you would probably have to email them about that. I doubt you would get permission to make your own monetized videos, but it wouldn't hurt to ask

I don't see why there would be a problem, as most developers and publishers are ok with monetized YouTube videos.

But to be sure you would have to ask.
