Don;t forget that there is a cost cap budget limit in place in F1 nowadays
I think the question is why don't you seem to get a boost to your initial cash balance for the next season, according to prize money from the last. The cost cap might stop you from being able to spend it all but I can't see the cash either.
It looks like maybe the board hangs on to prize money? That isn't made clear but possibly should be because you're asked to vote on prize money rule changes. If it doesn't make any difference to the team principal or the team, why do team principals even vote on it?
