Monstrous Beauty

So on my last expedition, I found this beauty.

As rocky worlds go, she's definitely more interesting than average. But don't let her looks trick you, she is truly a monster.

Over 50Gs, and over 2.5 BILLION atmospheres. Oh, and in a system with at least 11 stars, she's the second hottest object in the system - marginally beaten by the class O sibling of the Herbig primary, who reigned in at just over 49,000 K.

A cursory check suggests she might break some records. But more importantly - when do I get to try landing here?

I'm thinking this has to be a candidate for a chthonian planet, unless anyone has another idea?

Gotta love this one. There's even iron in the atmosphere! With a partial pressure of almost 38 million atm.

But more importantly - when do I get to try landing here?
Hm, if you'll excuse me, now I have to look into KSP modding...

Epic!

My exploration skills would've passed right over that info. This is true inspiration to look a bit closer at what one is looking at.

Landing there might be possible when FD allows it (landing in 50g is peanuts :)), but taking off in the puddle of molten metals that was once your ship might be somewhat of a problem.

If there ever was such a candidate in the ED universe, then this definitely is it.

Holy moly...I wish crazy planets weren't as rare as this. I mean I've NEVER seen a rocky that heavy(ie 50+), even from other people

That is definitely a rocky world record breaker, well up amongst the top high gravity planets in any category. One wonders if that kind of pressure and heat on a rocky world would even be possible? :D
