Horizons Moon Beacon Help

I have included spoiler tags since there may be some who have no knowledge of these beacons or their transmission.
First I have searched these forums as well as other areas of the web but found no further details, so if this has already been asked and addressed I couldn't find it. All I can find are references to other beacons regarding ERAVATE system.

With all the new discovered beacons from the CG and the ease of decoding them, I thoiught I'd turn my attention to ones in Sol and have a go on my own - I'm not quite up to task it seems.

So far I can understand only the following:

ABE or AY or LE
TRANSKEY TOUCH (or A BETA something KEY TOUCH)

R1 0
R2 C5 C7 C11 C13 C22 C24
R3 0
R4 C4 C13 C20 C22
R5 0
R6 C2 C4 C7 C9 C11 C17 C20 C24 C26

The code that follows I have difficulty with, At first I thought maybe Rows and Columns but of course there are far many more C than R so these are not coord pairs.
Given the range of numerals is upt o but within 26 I am assuming an alphabet cipher with 0 representing a space?

I also considered maybe R and C refer to something akin to rotary dialling, as if counting one direction for R and the opposite for C whilst 0 represents no change and therefore possibly a double-letter this too proved fruitless.

Finally, on studying the code (and considering the first entries are R1 then 0 not R10) I interpret it as representing a solar system Each 'R' is a stellar or planetary object(the R's increment from 1 to 6) whilst the C between them refer to the satellites (if any - if no satellites exist for the parent body, the code depicted is zero) Given the incremental nature of the C's I am not sure if they reflect equatorial size, mass semimajor axis from their parent or what but it most certainly help in distinguishing the system)

I am unsure as to whether there are any 6 star systems, so assuming there aren't then most R's would be planets. Whether the first R is a star or planet I do not know for simplicity here I just consider the bodies planets.

PLANET 1
PLANET 2
PLANET 2 MOON 1 2 3 4 5 6
PLANET 3
PLANET 4
PLANET 4 MOON 1 2 3 4
PLANET 5
PLANET 6
PLANET 6 MOON 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

Curiously the point approximately between the Pleiades/California nebulae, I've not yet been able to ascertain a system but it doesn't match up with Merope (in case anyone wondered)

Actually seems possible it could be pointing to EAFOTS EU-R C4 - 1 but that might just be coincidental. Would anyone be kind enough to provide the system layout (i.e. number stars/planets/satellites for that system, or let me know if it doesn't seem to be a match.
