year 5 plus of my Aston team and i always shrug that Enrico Cardile (i think thats it) my Tech Chief has ok morale, this is nearly always the case. so i did a test, he was getting 4m 5 years, i changed it immediately to 5 year 4.25m with a 8.5M signing bonus (none of this comes out of cost cap). he stayed okay, despite 3 championships in a row. also he aint moved from 89 chassis 92 sidepods (despite focus on those areas) i have all the team things and facilites. does this guy ever smile or develop? thers are happier this guy is just morose
