Is there a bug in the morale? Seems like it takes forever to get a guys morale up to even Okay from low. Even after upgrading the memorabilia room and the team area, its still low on a couple of guys. Even though we've had podium finishes. This seems a bit off. Low morale when you come in 2nd and 3rd respectively in 1 race? Id be pretty happy with that result.

I also had this. Team is doing good but staff is getting low morale. I neven had an incident with my driver and his engineer I had to solve which I managed. You would expect this to influence morale as well but nope. It feels like I'm not equipped to take on morale 
Every game that tries to add morale to it, fails miserably. There is no reason to have this in the game, or at least give us the option to turn it off like OOTP baseball does.
